| After drilling hole through center of cap with The DeCAPitator's chuck (included)---just remove pin. |  |

Pull trigger and insert through previously drilled hole. |
| Release trigger and slide pressure plate forward, then tighten. |  |

Attach The DeCAPitator's™ handle to clasp and remove Sewer Lateral Cap. |
